	Child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents without extra bed is free of charge , on bed, only charges daily ABF@ 400 Baht, and Child with extra bed charges @ 850 Baht.

	Room will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon
	Room used between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will charge at 50% of the room rate. Room used beyond 6:00 p.m. will charge at full rate. In addition, room of day-used is up to space available.
	We shall hold booking up to 6:00 p.m. during low-season period and up to space available in Hi-season. Otherwise, a flight details are provided.
	Compulsory Gala Dinners - Christmas Eve. 24.12.2008: THB 5,500 per Adult, Child under 12 years old - 50% discount from adult price - New Year Eve. 31.12.2008: THB 6,600 per Adult, Child under 12 years old - 50% discount from adult price

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made before 12 days prior to arrival date  with no charge, but the first night rate of the period will be charged when cancellation within 7 days prior to checkin date.
	In case of no show,one-night rate of the period will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment  prior to arrival date within 10 days for low season, 31 days for high season and 40 days for peak season. Early check out will be charged 1 night as cancellation charge and must to check out before noon, early check out after 12:00 noon will be more charged at the 50% rate. Visa/master Card is accepted without any bank charge. We reserve the right to charge 5% cancellation fee in every case in addition to late cancellation which is 1-night room rate charge.

Payment Policy:
