Remark:
The room rates are on per room, per night basis and inclusive of 7%
VAT.
American breakfast is included for 2
persons per room.
Daily cleaning, water, electricity,
cable TV, use of resort facilities, and airport pick-up are
included in the room rate.
Children 12 years of age and younger
will not be charged for sharing the same room as parent(s)
utilizing existing bedding based on a maximum of 2 adults and 1
child to a room.
Extra bed charge is 400.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late
check-out surcharge is 500 Baht until 5:00 PM.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. and check-out time is before 12:00
noon. Request for early check-in will be subject to space
availability. However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must
be reserved the night prior to arrival of the clients. Requests
for late check-out are subject to availability on the day of
departure.
Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total payment. No show: total payment will be charged.
Payment Policy :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking
is confirmed.
