Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 25 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the 1 night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, the 1 night rate of the period will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 17 days prior to arrival date.   Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
