Chaweng Cabana Resort comprises of 42 rooms : 30 Superior, 12 Deluxe. All rooms are served well by the amenities, and are cast in a beautiful Thai style decoration. All guest rooms include a satellite TV, air conditioning, mini bar, IDD telephone, and bathroom with a full set of toiletries. Each room has its private terrace with sea or garden view. Deluxe Rooms have access to internet, flowers and fruits baskets set for the guests upon arrival and extra services such as: diner in the room with restaurant service, preparation of the bed for the night.

     Chaweng Cabana Restaurant offers Thai and International cuisine, top fish and seafood BBQs, prepared by the Chef. On the beach it is the ideal place for a romantic diner or drink, watching the sunset on Chaweng Bay. It is open from 6 am until midnight. The bar offers a large selection of drinks, cocktails and snacks

   Chaweng Cabana Resort is built in Thai style and faces the sea. The restaurant and bungalows are amidst lush tropical garden with a swimming pool and a small pond. From Chaweng Beach Road the resort goes down towards the beach to reach ground floor level and finish with the restaurant. A team of 48 persons is at your service: European and Thai management and friendly and reliable staff.

• The above rates are per room per night, inclusive of Breakfast for single or double occupancy, inclusive of 10% service charge 7% applicable Government tax

• Child Policy :
  - A maximum of 1 child under 12 years old may sharing the same room with parent free of charge without and Additional bed.
  - Extra bed and meal rates will be charged at a 50% discount of adult rate
  - Children from 12 years old are considered as adults
  - Children up to 3 years : complimentary breakfast,
    Child 4-12 years : breakfast charge at 50% of adult rate.

• Day use charge :
  - Day use from 12:00 noon to 17:00 hours will be charged 50% of contracted room rate.

• Joiner Charge : 500 Baht / pax / night (no ABF)

  American breakfast: 300 Baht - lunch: 450 Baht - diner: 550 Baht

• Occupancy Polisy:
  Check out time 12.00 noon, check in 02.00 p.m.

• GALA DINNERS (Compulsory)
  - Chirstmas Eve on 24 Dec, 2,500 Bht/adult, 1,250 Bht/child.
  - New Year's Eve on 31 Dec, 3,000 Bht/adult, 1,500 Bht/child.

• TRANSFERS:
  Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport: 200 Bht each (per way).

• Condition and Terms of payment :
  Full prepayment within 35 days before arrival, for the peak season-requires 50% deposit on reservation.  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.

• No show policy:
  - Full range of stay will be charged if late cancellation for the peak season e.g. 35 days
  - 2-night rate will be charged if late cancellation for the high season e.g. 10 days
  - 1-night rate charge will be charged if late cancellation for the low season e.g. 3 days

• Cancellation policy:
  - Peak season cancellation within 35 days before arrival
  - High season cancellation within 10 days before arrival
  - Low season season cancellation within 3 days before arrival
