located between Chaweng and Lamai beach 2 kilometers from both ways.
This resort complements the island's natural beauty with luxurious
comfort amid the splendid natural surroundings. You can enjoy snorkeling
and scuba diving in front of the resort. You will love to relax in our
opened-air lobby and restaurant or enjoy the view poolside.
The resort faces the sea and this
spectacular setting can some times inspire you to do absolutely nothing at
all, except sit, relax and take it in. The backside of resort is closely
connected to the island ring road, helping you to move about freely.

This island's
climate is tropical warm through the year. The monsoon wind brings about
the seasonal change from dry to wet. It's between March and June and
between July and September when average temperature ranges from 32 - 28
degree Celsius. Only the occasional tropical thunderstorms bring relief
from the heat. November to February is generally cool.
All above rates are net in Thai Baht per room per night for single
and double occupancy.
The rates are inclusive of services charge and applicable
government taxes.
Accommodation is complimentary for one child below 12 years when
sharing a room with adults.
A complimentary baby cot can be provided on request.
A child age of 4 - 12 years special discount 50% for all meal
rate from adult.

From Samui Airport to Hotel 200 per way
per car (max.5 persons).
Check in time at 14.00pm /
Check out time 12.00 noon.
Late checkout will be charge at 50% of rate but subject to room
availability.
Early Check out: In the event that the individual check out
ahead of the booked and confirmed the resort reserves the right to
charge a penalty to the guest equivalent to the rate of the full
length stay.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the following
period, prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room.
* Low Season : cancellation must received less than 6 days.
* High Season : cancellation must received less than 14 days
* Shoulder Season : cancellation must received less than 14
days
* Peak Season : cancellation must received less than 20 days
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
Payment Policy :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge.
