Extra roll-up mattresses and mosquito net can be added to floor of Comfy
Bungalows. Either 1 adult, or 2 Children under the age of
14. There is no extra charge for children sharing existing
bed.

Remarks:
- All rates are quoted
in Thai Baht per room per night inclusive of VAT and local taxes.
- Prices
are room only and do not include breakfast. Breakfast is a la
carte and a typical breakfast costs between 150 Baht and 320
Baht.
- Prices
do not include pickups, ferries or boat transfers. Pick up by
taxi from Hat Yai Airport to Pak Bara costs 1,800 Baht. Speed
boat from Pak Bara to Koh Lipe costs 650 Baht/Person. Long boat
transfer from speed boat to beach costs 50 Baht/Person.
- Cancellation and No
show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to
us with our acknowledgement within
- 40 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 50% of the total room rate per
room.
- 14 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per
room. -
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up
to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
