• Period of Occupancy: Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  No Show: Full Charge
• Full prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
