Remarks:
  • All rates are quoted in Thai-Baht inclusive of service charge, and American Breakfast. Not include vat 7 %
  • Festival/New Year/long weekend:
    - Superior room, Deluxe room Surcharge 300 Baht/Room/Night
    - Family Deluxe Surcharge 500 Baht/Room/Night
  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
      - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 40 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
      - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No Show and Early Check-out: Full Charge
  • Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
