Remarks:
  • Rates are for room only quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of service charge and tax and Inclusive Breakfast.
  • Check in time is 13.00, Check out time is 11.30.

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights in high season : November-April, 3 nights in peak season : 20 December – 10 January.

  • Free of charge for children under 5 years old, sharing accommodation with parents.
  • PRIVATE TRANSFER PRICE ( CAR - 4 PAX ) to Ranong:
    * Phuket airport - Ranong pier - 4500 baht ( 3.5-4 hours )
    * Surat Thani airport - Ranong pier - 3500 baht ( 2.5-3 hours)
    * Khao Lak - Ranong pier - 3500 baht ( 2.5-3 hours )
    * Ranong airport - Ranong pier - 800 baht ( 30 minutes)
    * PRIVATE BOAT TRANSFER ( maximum 14 guests ) Ranong - Koh Phayam , Buffalo Bay beach - 6000 Baht
  • All bungalows are non-smoking, smoking allowed only on terrace.
  • Deluxe and Superior Bungalow: maximum 2 Adults/Bungalow.
  • Deluxe Family Bungalow: maximum 3 Adults/Room or two adults + 2 children.
  • Children more than 12 years use same policy as for adults.
  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
      - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per bungalow.
      - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
      - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: Full Charge
  • Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
  • Credit cards temporary not accepted.
