Remarks:

• Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge, 7% VAT and Provincial Tax 1%.

• Rates are based on single, double or twin occupancy.

• Family Plan: Child under 11 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room.
   - Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 - 11 years will be entitled to 50% discount.
   - Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one extra bed which could be added with charged as per room rate.
   - Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults which will be added with charged same price as adult.
   - A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 3 years old.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-In time is from 14.00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14.00 hrs. will be required pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily room rates and should be requested at time of reservation. Check-Out time is 12.00 hrs. Late departures up to 16.00 hrs. are available and subject to availability, at 50% charge of the daily room rates. After 16.00 hrs., the full day rate will be applicable. Day use room requirement should be requested at time of reservation.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
  Green Season: (01 May to 31 Oct)
   - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 25 days prior to arrival date.
   - One night cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 25 days prior to arrival date.
   - 2 nights cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.
  High Season and Peak Season: (01 Nov until 30 Apr)
   - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
   - One night cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
   - 2 nights cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
   - Full charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.

• No Show & Early Check-out: Full Charge

• Reservation Policy:
  Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
