• Reservation Policy:
  - All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card (visa/master card only).

• Payment Policy:
  - payment must be made within 31 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.

• Cancellation and No Show Policy:
  - Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date.  Failure to do so, we reserve rights to charge 1-night room rate and total payment charge if cancellation is within 10 days in case of booking in peak season (20 Dec - 10 Jan).
  - No Show will be 100% charged in case of booking in peak season. 1-night charge in case of other periods.
