Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Any cancellation must be notified no later than - High Season 14 days prior to arrival - Peak Season 21 days prior to arrival - Low Season 7 day prior to arrival If cancellation is received later than indicated, the guests agree to allow us to charge the full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.
	No show is subject to a fully day rate charge.
