Check In/Check Out Time: The check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
Request for early check-in should make at time of reservation and
check-out should be made through the hotel's Front Office Manager. Both
are subject to available.
Cancellation and No
show Policy:

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within
- 25 days prior to arrival date for Low season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- 35 days prior to arrival date for High season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak season. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up
to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No Show: Full Charge
Full
prepaymentwithin 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card
guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
