Remarks:

• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of VAT and service charge

• Child Policy:
   - Child 4 - 11 years of age stay of parent free of charge compulsory ABF @ 100 Baht.
   - Infant 1 Month - 3 years of age free of charge.

• Meal Rates:
   - ABF Adult @ 200 Baht / Child @ 100 Baht.

• Check in time: 14:00 hrs. / Check out time: 12:00 hrs.
   - Late check out after 12:00 hrs. 50% charge (base on available)
   - Late check out after 18:00 hrs. 100% charge (base on available)

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
   - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
   - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
   - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No Show: Full Charged

• Full Prepayment prior to arrival date. Payment by visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charge.
