will usually be available for occupancy after 14.00 hours on
the arrival day. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Any room used
from 12.00 noon to 18.00 hours on the departure day will be
charged at 50% of the rate. Any room occupied beyond 18.00
hours will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation
/ No show / Short Stay Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room. - 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise,
we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate
per room. - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season & Shoulder
Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full
prepayment room rate per room. No Show - One night room rate will be charged for Low Season &
High Season. - Full prepayment will be charged for Peak & Shoulder Season. - Any short stay during Low and High Season will be charged
at the actual stay plus one night's room charge. - Any short stay during Peak and Shoulder Season will be
charged at 100% of actual reservation.
