Confirmed rooms
will usually be available for occupancy after 14.00 hours on
the arrival day. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Any room used
from 12.00 noon to 18.00 hours on the departure day will be
charged at 50% of the rate. Any room occupied beyond 18.00
hours will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation
and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room. - 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise,
we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate
per room. - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season & Shoulder
Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full
prepayment room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.

Charge
Short Stay Policy:
- Any short stay during Low and High Season will be charged
at the actual stay plus one night's room charge. - Any short stay during Peak and Shoulder Season will be
charged at 100% of actual reservation.
Full
prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is
accepted with 3.5%
service charge.
