Room Capacity : Maximum

adults), except Suite and Family Suite for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2

Check in time is 2.00 p.m. Check out time is 12.00 noon Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure
will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00
p.m. will be charged at the full room rate.
Cancellation and No
show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email
to us with our acknowledgement within
- 35 days prior to arrival date for 15 Jan 11 -
25 Jan 11. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- 20 days prior to arrival date for 26 Jan 11 -
31 Mar 11. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room.
- 12 days prior to arrival date for 01 Apr 11 -
31 Oct 11. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of
up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
No Show Policy:
Full charge.
Full prepayment
prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge.
