Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within

Season (01 Nov - 31 Mar). Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least 50% of total room rate per room.
- 12 days prior to arrival date for Low Season
(01 Apr - 31 Oct). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge
full prepayment room rate per room. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
No Show: Full Charge
Full prepayment prior to
arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service
