Cancellation and No show Policy:

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within

reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
- 30 days prior to arrival date during Shoulder Season period. Otherwise,
we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per
room. - 45 days prior to arrival date during High
& Peak Season period. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge full prepayment room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No Show: Full Charge.
Full
prepaymentwithin 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card
guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
