Cancellation and No show
Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior
to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room for Low Season, 2 nights
room rate per room for High Season, full prepayment room
rate per room for Peak Season.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No Show, Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Full
