  • The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht  inclusive of  service charge 10%.

  • Transfer Rates:
    - 200 Baht / Person As Cape Panwa
    - 200 Baht / Person As Bangtao, Surin
    - 400 Baht / Person As Nai-Yang, Nai-Thon, Airport
    - 100 Baht / Person As Merrine Beach

  • Reservation Policy:
    Full prepayment prior to arrival date . Payment by cash or card is accepted.  Visa/master card is plus 3.5% service charge.
    Without payment or credit card guarantee, no booking is confirmed.

  • Cancellation Policy:
     Cancellation and No show Policy:
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
    -     If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

  • Late cancellation and No Show:
    Total payment will be charged.
