Remarks:

• Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of Continental set breakfast, 7% VAT and Provincial Tax 1%.

• Rates are based on single, double or twin occupancy.

• Family Plan: Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room.
   - Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 - 12 years will be entitled to 50% discount.
   - Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one Extra Bed and Extra bed will be charged as per room rate.
   - Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults and an Extra Bed for child is the same price as adult.
   - A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 3 years old.

• Airport Transportation : The Hotel does not provide airport transportation from Phuket International Airport to the Hotel which you may get any taxi or shuttle services at the Airport to the Hotel and Phuket town.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-In time is from 14.00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14.00 hrs. will required pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily room rates and should be requested at time of reservation. Check-Out time is 12.00 hrs. Late departures up to 16.00 hrs. are available and subject to availability, at 50% charge of the daily room rates. After 16.00 hrs., the full day rate will be applicable. Day use room requirement should be requested at time of reservation.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
  Green Season: (01 Apr to 15 Nov)
   - One night cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.
   - 2 nights cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival date.
  High Season and Peak Season: (16 Nov until 31 Mar)
   - One night cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date.
   - 2 nights cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
   - Full charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No Show & Early Check-out: Full Charge

• Reservation Policy:
  Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
