 • Check in time is 2.00 p.m. Check out time is 12.00 noon.
 • Early check-in requests will be honored based on availability with prior notice.
 • Late check-out is charged at 50% of the daily rate until 6.00 p.m. and full daily rate, thereafter.
 • Minimum stay requirement during Peak season of 7 consecutive nights per booking.   
 • Child Policies
   - A maximu of 2 children under 12 years old may share the room at no additional charge utilizing existing bed. Every child must be registered in the booking
   - Breakfast for children under 4 years old is complimentary.
   - Breakfast for children between 4-12 years  old is 40% discount.
 • Cancellation and
   - High Season
      - No penalty will be charged for cancellation received by the reservation to 30 day before arrival date.
      - Full length of stay will be charghed for cancellation received within 14 day before arrival date
   - Peak Season
      - All bookings must be guarateed.
      - No penalty will be applied for cancellations up to the 30 Nov.
      - A 50% of total length of stay will be charged for cancellations received from 01 Dec .
      - Full length of stay will be charged for cancellations 30 days before arrival date
    - No Show & Early Check out:
      - One night penalty will be charged during High Season
      - Full length of stay will be charged during Peak Season.
 • Miscellaneous
   - Transportation from/to Airport is 1,350 Baht/person/way with a maximum of 3 persons by limousine. Mini van can be arranged at 1,500 Baht/way (up to 8 persons)
