Cancellation Policy
:
Due to the fact that resort is located on the island, there is
no "walk-in" guest. Any booking "cancelled" cannot be re-sold
and are so fully lost. Therefore, cancellation made after
cut-off periods will be treated with 100% charge. Cut off Periods per seasons :
- High Season : 20 Days , Cancellation Charge : 80% , No Show :
100%
- Peak Season : 35 Days , Cancellation Charge : 50% , No Show :
100%
- Green Season : 20 Days, Cancellation Charge : 50% , No Show :
