Check-in Time is
2:00 pm. check-out time is 12:00 (noon). The hotel is not
required to have Room available before 2:00 pm. To guarantee a
room upon early arrival, the room charge of the night prior to
the arrival date applies, Late check out is available at an
extra charge of 50% of the rate until 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm. An
additional night will be charged.
Cancellation and No
show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to
us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up
to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No Show: Full Charge
