  • Cancellation/amendment Policies:  
    Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. Late cancellation will lead to total payment charge.
  • No Show Policy:
    Full nights or  100% charge will be applied.

  • Reservation Policy:
    Full prepayment prior to arrival date.  Payment by visa/master card is accepted without 3.5% bank charge. Except in case of cancellation, there is 3.5% cancellation fee.
