	Remarks:  - The meal rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.  - The meal rates defined exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverage. Compulsory (Christmas and New Year's Eve) Dinners are required for guests who occupied during the Peak Seasons.
	Transfers: One Way Phuket Airport to Hotel or vv (Private Van max. 6 pax) 3,000 per van Phuket Airport to Hotel or vv (Private Limousine max. 3 pax) 1,800 per car Remarks: The transfers rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.
	Confirmed rooms will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
	Full Prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
	Cancellation and No show Policy:  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within    - 37 days prior to arrival date for Peak.    - 26 days prior to arrival date for High.    - 17 days prior to arrival date for Green.    - Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.    - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
	No Show & Late Cancellation: One night room rate will be charged.
