Important Notice:
- Guests arriving later than 16.00 Hrs. at Phuket Airport
cannot be transferred to the resort on the same evening as
we do not operate the boat at night time. Paradise Koh Yao
will assist in making alternative arrangements for overnight
stay in Phuket in case of late arriving flights or delays.
- The Paradise Koh Yao will not operate its boats if there is the
slightest safety concern or in case of strong winds or
uncertain sea conditions. Every effort will be made by our
land based staff in Phuket to assist in making alternative
arrangements for the guests.
Check in & Check out
Time
- Check in time confirmed as reserved shall be made
available for occupancy after 1 p.m. on arrival date.
- Check Out Time is 12.00 a.m.
- Late check out after 12.00 a.m. till 4 p.m. shall be
charged at 50% of the rate.
- Late Check out beyond 4 p.m. shall be charged at full
rate.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within
- 30 days prior to arrival date for
High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room.
- 50 days prior to arrival date for
Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least two nights room rate per room.
- 20 days prior to arrival date for
Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No Show:
Full Charge
Full Prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/Master Card is acceptable with 3.5%
service charge.
