	Remarks:  - The meal rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and government taxes. Meal charge (Buffet) for a child under 2 years old is Free of Charge and charge 50% as per rate for a child 2 - 12 years.  - The meal rates defined exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverage. Compulsory (Christmas and New Year's Eve) Dinners are required for guests who occupied during the Peak Seasons.
	Transfers: One Way Phuket Airport to Hotel or vv (Private Van maximum 6 persons) 3,000 per van Phuket Airport to Hotel or vv (Private Limousine maximum 3 persons) 1,800 per car Remarks: The transfer rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and government taxes.
	Honeymooner - We will need a document of marriage prior to arrival date.
	Confirmed rooms will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
	Full Prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
	Cancellation and No show Policy:  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within    - Cancellations less than 21 days (High Season) Will be 2 nights charged fee    - Cancellations less than 21 days (Peak Season) Will be 3 nights charged fee    - Cancellations less than 12 days (Green Season) Wiil be 1 night charged fee    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).    - For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
	No Show and early checking out: - 3 nights room rate will be charged for Peak Season. - 2 nights room rate will be charged for High Season. - 1 night room rate will be charged for Green Season.
