Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full
prepayment room rate per room.

specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
