The
Hot spring Beach Resort & Spa is the ultimate destination for people
whom seeking to relax and de-stress.
Our spectacular resort provides 5-star accommodation with 75 guestrooms
in total which separated into 8 room types. Each room type has different
special features to suite our guests' needs. All rooms are decorated in
luxury Thai style with silk and cotton.
Grand Sea View
Suite is another luxury suite with 180 degree sea view. It is a
two-storey duplex contains two king-size beds with Jacuzzi and private
living room.
The Suite Corner
is a luxury suite with pool view, private living room area and dinning
area and private terrace.
The Honeymoon
Pool Villa is an ideal for a romance & relaxation. Each room contains
king-size bed, private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, private relaxing
area, and open-air shower.
Deluxe Pool
Access rooms have easy access to the outdoor swimming pool and the Hot
Spring Pool.
Grand Sea View
rooms are ideal for families. Each duplex is two-storey 2 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms.
The Deluxe Sea
view rooms contain two twin beds with separated bathtub and shower.
Grand Pool Villa
providing extreme privacy & elegant for couples with Jacuzzi, outdoor
heaven shower, private swimming pool & resting area (110 m²)
Hotspring Pool
Suite the luxurious trendy suite with the warm mineral Hotspring pool,
enjoy swimming in a private pool and outdoor resting pavilion (100 m²)
All of our 75 spacious guestrooms are
equipped with satellite TV, IDD Telephone, mini bar, air
conditioning, personal safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, tea & coffee
making facility, and hot and cold shower with international standard
toiletry amenities. All Villa rooms have DVD players.
Note: All rooms contain private balcony except
Deluxe Pool Access rooms which uses our beautiful outdoor pool area
as a relaxing area.

The contract
rates are inclusive of applicable service charge and
government tax (VAT) currently at 10% and 7% respectively.
In the even of a charge in the government tax, or apply any
additional tax. The Hotspring Beach Resort & Sap Reserves
the right to charge or add such taxes to the rate offered
from the date of their implementation.
Complimentary for child
below 12 years sharing room with 2 adult without extra bed
(on room only basis). Meal for child will be charge at 200
Baht/person.
Compulsory Gala Dinner:
- Christmas Dinner 24 Dec 09: 3,000 Bht/adult (children 4-12
years 50%)
- New Year Gala Dinner 31 Dec 09: 4,000 Bht/adult

Honeymooners: Honeymoon
decoration, flowers dally fresh fruit, sparkling wine &
upgrade to the best possible room.
Check out / Late check
out : Rooms will normally be
available for occupancy after 2 pm. on the day of arrival.
Check out time 12 noon. Rooms used between 12 noon to
6 pm. will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms used
beyond 6 pm. will be charged at the full contract rate.
Reservation Policy: all
booking requires cash prepayment or credit card guarantee.
Payment shall be deducted from the card within 30 days
prior to arrival date. Without payment or card
guarantee, booking will be automatically released.
During high season, booking may requires 1-night deposit.
Cancellations:
- Low Season: Last day for cancellation 15 days prior to
arrival: other wise 1 night charge.
- High Season:
Last day for cancellation 35
days prior to arrival: other wise 1 night charge.
- Peak Season: Last day for cancellation 50 days prior to
arrival: other wise 1 night charge.
No Show & Cancellation
