Peak Season :
- Guest must stay at least 3 nights.
- No departure on 31st December 2011 is permitted.
All rooms are available based on first-come-first serve.
Check in time at 2.00 p.m. Check out time at 11:30 a.m.
Late check-out up to 6:00 p.m., a 50% charge base on the
contract rate applies.
For any check-out after 6: 00 p.m. will be charged full
amount of contract rate.
Check in prior 2:00 p.m., is subject to availability.
Private Transfer service - Airport transfer (one way from Krabi airport
- resort van and boat maximum 6
persons @ 1,200 THB, if arrival fight after 5 pm @ 1,500 THB per
way.
- Children under 12 years sharing parents’ room without extra bed,
no additional charge for bedding, breakfast charged at 50%
discount.
We reserve the right to change these prices, product details,
all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed.
No show & cancellation Policy:
- Notification of cancellation must be in the form of a fax received
by us at least 37 days prior to date of arrival. Otherwise, one-night
room charge for the total number of rooms reserved will be applied.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if
7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service
fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure
to arrive).
