Remark:
All rates are in Thai Baht per room per night are inclusive of
10% service charge and 7% government tax, and include a-la-carte
breakfast, welcome refreshments, Wi-Fi internet access and transfer
on arrival fron Saladan pier to The Houben.
Compulsory:
- Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner will be charged 2,000 Baht per
person.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner will be charged 2,000 Baht per
person
- Children who is under 12 years old will charged 1,000 Baht per
person
Extra Bed for adult/ child over 12 years
- A charge of Thai Baht 1,700 Baht include breakfast will be applied
for third adult in guest rooms, where extra bedding is required. All
extra beds are daybed types.
Child policy: under 12 years a charged of Thai
Baht 1,200 Baht include breakfast with Extra Bed.
Transportation: charge is 2,800 Baht for
one-way trip maximum 4 persons from/to krabi International Airport
and 5,500 Baht from/to Phuket International Airport maximum 4
persons. Transportation for other destinations is available on
request.

Check in: 14:00 hrs.
Check out: 12.00 hrs. (noon) for late check out
to 18.00 hrs. half charge room rate, for check out after 18.00 hrs.
