CHILDREN’S POLICY:

NON ARRIVAL POLICY:
* In the event of guest non ‐ arrival the resort will charge a fee equal to the full length of stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURE:
Check in time 14.00 hrs and check out time 12.00 hrs(noon). The resort will do its best to have room
Available for early arrival when notified. Late check out or day use is available at an extra charge of
50% of the contracted rate for each room category occupied until 18.00hrs.

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within:
LOW SEASONS : 1 night charge if cancelled within 10 days
HIGH SEASONS : 1 night charge if cancelled within 19 days
PEAK SEASONS : 3 night charge if cancelled within 37 days

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
