The above rates are inclusive of Breakfast for two persons, 10% service charge and 7% vat.
-Children under 4 years are free of charge
-Children 4-11 years, sharing a room with parents extra ABF charge 150 Baht /person/ night

Transfers Service :
- All price based on 6 adult persons maximum group per transfer.
- Transfer Service includes A/C coach to Ao Nam Mao Pier and long-tail Boat from pier to Railay East Beach and Sunrise Tropical Resort. (Unless otherwise specified below)
  • Long-tail boat transfer from Ao-Nammao = 600 Baht/oneway/trip
  • Krabi Airport to Sunrise resort:  = 1,200 Baht/oneway/trip [coach&boat]
  • Phuket Airport to Sunrise resort:  = 3,200 Baht/oneway/trip [coach&boat]
Credit card (Visa/Master) is acceptable, plus of 3.5% bank charge.
Payment: full payment at least 15 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
within 65 days for Peak Season(20 Dec - 10 Jan), otherwise 2 nights room of total room booking will be charged.
within 35 days for High Season (1 Nov - 19 Dec and 11 Jan - 30 Apr), otherwise 2-night room rate will be charged.
within 20 days for Low Season (1 May - 31 Oct), otherwise 1-night room rate will be charged.
No show and early departures will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full stay.
 less than 10 days prior to arrival date will result in penalty of one night charge of the booking.
Extra Bed Policy: Third person in room, 12 years and older, extra bed mandatory.  All bed rates include extra breakfast, VAT and service charge.
