Term & Condition:

Rates are inclusive of breakfast, vat, taxes for 1 or 2 person.

Stay the third person or children above 12 years we will charge an extra bed rate.

Children between 3 - 12 years old stay without extra bed must pay extra breakfast charge 125 Baht per day.

Children below 3 years old sharing the bed with parents free of charge.

Baby cot if required, free charge, suitable for child below 2 years old.

Surcharge: all room in house must pay compulsory surcharge if stay over period of 23 Dec - 25 Dec 2011 (3 nights) 500 Baht per night per room.

- Phuket Beach to Resort: 3,500 Baht/Trip (Van + Long Tail Boat)
- Lanta Island to Resort: 3,500 Baht/Trip (Van + Long Tail Boat)
- Khao Lak to Resort: 3,500 Baht/Trip (Van + Long Tail Boat)
- Suratthani Trani/ Pier to Resort: 3,700 Baht (Van + Long Tail Boat)
- Nam Mao Pier / Ao Nang Pier to Resort: 600 Baht (Long Tail Boat)

Period of Occupancy:
- room used from 12:00 to 18:00 hours on the day departure will be charge 50% of room rate for low season only,
- not allowed for late check out in high and peak season.

Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
- Low Season 15 days prior arrival
- High Season 25 days prior arrival
- Peak Season 35 days prior arrival
- cancelled after due date is full payment

Master and VISA Card charged additional 3.5%.
