Terms & Conditions :

• Rate are excluded 7% VAT.
• All rates quoted are in Thai Baht Inclusive of Breakfast for 2 person per room night.
• Third Persons Rate is Thai Baht 500 per person per night (Inclusive of rollaway Bed, Daily Breakfast)
• Child Under 5 Years Old Sharing Room with parents (Free of Charge if no Extra Bed is required)
• Extra Breakfast 300 Bht/person.
• Compulsory Seafood Dinner X' mas Eve & New Year Eve 1,500 Bht/adult, 750 Bht/child (5-10 years).
• Airport Transfer fee:
  - 1-3 Pax  1,400 Bht (One Way)
    1-3 Pax  2,400 Bht (Round Trip)
  - 4-10 Pax 2,500 Bht (One Way)
    4-10 Pax 4,000 Bht (Round Trip)
  - Late fights after 17:00 hrs. additional 400 Baht, all rate include Private Car, Van and Longtail Boat.
• Cancellation & No show policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 61 days prior to arrival date
  and within 90 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
  Important!
  No show, late cancellation, early check-out. We reserve the right, not refund for any case.
• Full prepayment :  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit. No booking is confirmed.
