Late check-out up to 6:00 p.m., a 50% charge base on the contract rate applies.
For any check-out after 6: 00 p.m. will be charged full amount of contract rate.

Payment
Policy:
- payment must be made within 10 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Low Season : 6 days prior to arrival one night charge.
- High Season : 19 days prior to arrival one night charge.
- Peak Season : 32 days prior to arrival full charge.
- Cancellation after that total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- No Show : Total Payment Will be charged.
