  • Check-in time is at 02:00 P.m.
    Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
  • Payment Policy:
    - Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellation Policy:
         All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
    - Green Season: within 12 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation after that one night will be charged
    - High Season: within 24 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation after that one night will be charged.
    - Peak Season: Full charge is applied. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
    No Show & Early Departure :
     - Green and High Season : One night charge equivalent to room rate is applied for no show and early departure. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
    - Peak Season : Full charge is applied. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
