Honeymooner offers (minimum 4 consecutive nights of stay)

Family Plan:
- No charge will be applied for children of 12 years or under, sharing parents' room utilizing existing bedding with maximum two 2 children per room. Child's breakfast shall be charged 175 Bht/pax. If additional bed is required, the extra bed charge will be applied.

Minimum stay 5 night on peak season

One night non-refundable or guarantee the balance of payment for the entire length of stay at least

Late check out policy:
- Late check-out is subjected to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charge at 50% of room rate, after 4.00 p.m. total payment will be charge.

Check in: 2.00 p.m., Check out: 12.00 at noon).

Early Check Out : Full Charge.

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:
- Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the specified period. In case of failure to notice, there is a charge.
- High season 1 Nov - 18 Dec, 11 Jan - 18 Apr: If notification of cancellation is received less than 26 days: 50% charge, 12 days = 100% charge.
- Peak season 19 Dec - 10 Jan: If notification of cancellation is received less than 30 days: 100% charge.
- Green season 19 Apr - 31 Oct : If notification of cancellation is received less than 10 days: 50% charge.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
