  • Late check out policy:
    - Late check-out is subjected to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charge at 50% of room rate, after 4.00 p.m. total payment will be charge.

  • Check in: 2.00 p.m., Check out: 12.00 at noon).

  • Early Check Out : Full Charge.

  • Cancellation policy:
    Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the specified period. In case of failure to notice, there is a charge.
    - High season 1 Nov - 18 Dec, 11 Jan - 18 Apr: If notification of cancellation is received less than 26 days: 50% charge, 12 days = 100% charge.
    - Peak season 19 Dec - 10 Jan: If notification of cancellation is received less than 35 days: 100% charge.
    - Green season 19 Apr - 31 Oct 10: If notification of cancellation is received less than 12 days: 50% charge.
