Terms & Conditions:

• All above rate are quoted per room per night and included daily American Breakfast for two person.

• Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival

• Child Policy : (Maximum 3 persons in room)
  - Free of charge for 1 child under 12 years old sharing parent's room without extra bed.
  - Compulsory American breakfast will be charge at 120 Baht/Child/Meal.

• Early Check in & Late Check Out :
  - Check-in time is 12:00 hours, an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 12:00 hours.
  - Check-in time is 12:00 hours, on the day of departure.
  - Late check-out is time 11:00 hours will be charged is 200 baht in 1 hours.

• Cancellations Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
  - 16 Apr - 31 Oct : to be informed at least 8 days
  - 01 Nov - 15 Dec  & 21 Jan - 15 Apr : to be informed at least 12 days
  - 16 Dec  - 20 Jan  : to be informed at least 20 days
  - Prior to clients arrival, otherwise one night charge will be charged.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• Early Check Out & No Show Policy :
  - Total Payment Will be charged.

• Payment Policy:
  - Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
