Terms & Conditions :

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are applied for single or double occupancy, exclusive of 7% applicable government tax.
• Rate are inclusive of American Breakfast for one or two persons.
• An extra bed / mattress is inclusive of American Breakfast for one person
• Child Policy:
  - No charge for child under 12 years of age sharing existing bed with adults (maximum 1 child per room)
  - No charge for Breakfast for children under 5 years of age.
  - For children age 5 to 11 years, compulsory American Breakfast charge of 100 Baht per child is applicable
  - Baby cot is free of charge and on request only.
• Check-in time is at 02:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
  Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
