  • The rates are per night and in Thai Baht.

  • The rates include ABF for 2 persons.

  • Extra Bed (ABF Included) 600 Baht.

  • Children under 6 years old staying with parents free of charge.

  • Children 6-12 years old 300 Baht (ABF included)

  • Maximum number of adults occupying a unit is 3 persons. The third adult is charge 600 Baht for extra bed and ABF.

  • Reservation Policy: booking requires full prepayment. Personal visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charge.

  • Payment Policy: Full Prepayment at least 30 days prior to arrival date, or 10 days after receiving of notice by e-mail.

  • Cancellation Policy:
     - Low Season - To be informed at least 10 days prior to clients arrival.
     - High Season - To be informed at least 35 days prior to clients arrival.
     - Peak Season - To be informed at least 52 days prior to clients arrival.
    Otherwise one night charge will be collected

  • No Show Charge: Full Charge
