service charge and non include VAT 7% government tax.

- Only one extra bed is allowed in each room.
- Only Family Villas can put 2 extra beds. 1 Extra bed charge 500 Baht

- Standard check-out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is after 01:00
pm. For any booking that require a late check-out up to 6:00 pm., a 50%
charge based on rate applies, For any check-out after 6:00 pm. A Full
night's rate will apply. Both facilities are subject to availability,
check-in prior to 1:00 pm is subject to availability.
