  • All rates are in THB inclusive of 10% service charge, VAT and Breakfast.

  • Complimentary Services :
    - Welcome drink upon arrival, fruit basket and flower in room, shuttle bus ticket between Krabi town, Ao Nang and the resort as per free schedule. Free use of bicycle, kayak in the lagoon.
  • Child Policy :
    - children under 12 years old sharing same room with parents(s), is free of charge on room only basis, up to a maximum 1 child per 1 room. compulsory breakfast is applied at child rate.
  • Meal Rates :
    - American Breakfast : Adult 350 Baht , Child (5-12 years) 175 Baht.
    - Lunch : Adult 350 Baht,
    Child (5-12 years) 175 Baht.
    - Dinner :
    Adult 400 Baht, Child (5-12 years) 200 Baht.
  • Compulsory Gala Dinner :
    - X'mas Eve (24 Dec 09) : Adult 1,000 Baht, Child (5-12 years) 500 Baht.
    - New Year Eve (31 Dec 09) : Adult 3,000 Baht,
    Child (5-12 years) 1,500 Baht.
  • Transfer service :
    - Private Van : Between Phuket and Hotel is BHT 3,200 per way (Max. 7 pax)
    - Airport Shuttle (Join Van) : Between hotel and Krabi Airport is BHT 180 per way/per pax. As per Resort Airport shuttle schedule.

    - From Ton Sai Bay to Phi Phi Relax Resort: Between 11:30 hrs - 12:00 hrs and 16:30 hrs - 17:00 hrs.
    - 150 Baht per person per way
  • Cancellation Policy :
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
    - Season 1 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 12 days prior to the arrival date.
    - Season 2 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 26 days prior to the arrival date.
    - Season 3 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 12 days prior to the arrival date.
    - Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge 100% of total payment.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
  • Payment Policy:
    Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
