bullet Reservation Policy:
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  • Period 1 : High Season and Low Season
    -All cancellation, no-show or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
    - 8 days for low season
    - 19 days for high season
    - Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at one-night room rate per room.
  • Period 2 : Peak Season
    - All cancellation, no-show or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 37 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at 3 nights charge
  • Early Check Out
    - During high and Peak season, we reserve a right to charge at  2 and 3 nights consecutively.
