Check-in / Check Out:
- Check-In time is after 14:00 Hrs and Check-Out time is 12:00 Hrs.
Request for early check-in will be subject to space availability.
However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the
night prior to arrival of the clients. Request for late check-out is
subject to availability on the day of departure. Late check-out
untill 17:00 will be charged for full rate.

Cancellation
and policy:
All
cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
Low : at least 7 days prior to arrival
date or penalty for 1 night.

charged if cancelled within 12 days.
High : at least 10 days prior to arrival date or
penalty for 1 night.
Peak : at least 12 days prior to arrival date or
penalty for 3 nights.
