Remarks :

  • All above rates are inclusive of daily breakfast, 10% Service Charge and 7% government VAT.
  • Minimum Stay : A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required for all room categories for accommodation between 20 Dec '09 and 10 Jan '10. Clients with earlier check in dates than 20 Dec '09 but requesting accommodation beyond 20 Dec '09 are also requested to stay 7 consecutive nights at the resort. Last check in applicable for the 7 nights compulsory stay to be 3 Jan '10.
  • Extra Bed Charges : Extra bed will be charged for adults (12 years up) at 1,000.- Baht per day including breakfast and applicable taxes. Children under the age of 12 years will be granted a 50% discount.
  • Check-In / Check-Out Times :
    - Check-in time has been set at 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours (noon). For any late check-out up to maximum 18:00 hours, or any early check-in prior to 14:00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies. Check-outs after 18:00 hours, one full night rate applies.

  • All children under 6 years of age will receive complimentary meals (buffet lunch and/or buffet dinner only) when dining with minimum one adult, Compulsory Gala Dinners are chargeable as per above rate indication for all children from the age of 2 to under 12 years of age, below the age of 2 years a special kids menu will be served free of charge.
  • A 50% discount on all buffet meals and set menus for children between 6 years and under the age of 12 years is granted according to above indicated prices. No discounts whatsoever are granted to children of all age groups for a la carte meals.
    - Extra bed will be charged for adults (12 years up) at 1,000 Bht include breakfast. For late check out up to maximum 18.00hours, or any early check in prior to 14.00 hrs, a 50% charge of applicable daily room rate applies. Check out after 18.00 hrs., one full night charge.
  • Meal rates are nett, inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes. Meals will be either provided on buffet basis or served as a special prepared menu, depending on the season and occupancy.
  • Cancellation and No show Policy :
    - High Season (November to April) &     Peak Season (16 December to 15 January) & Low Season (May to October)
    Late Cancellation for high and peak seasons:
    Cancellation within 17 days or less prior to arrival -> 100% charge
    Cancellation within 21 days or less prior to arrival : 50% of the total payment
    Cancellation within 30 days or less prior to arrival : no charge
  • Payment Policy:
    - Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

 
Transfer Service
Seat in coach transfer services can be pre-booked with the hotel directly and are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 persons up. Clients will be met and greeted upon arrival by hotel personnel with appropriate signage (clients name display) and escorted to the Chada Beach Resort & Spa. Private transfer services are available upon request and at supplement charges.
