  • Remark:
    • A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required for all room categories for accommodation between 16 Dec and 15 Jan. Clients with earlier check in dates than 16 Dec but requesting accommodation beyond 16 Dec are also requested to stay 7 consecutive nights at the resort. Last check in applicable for the 7 nights compulsory stay to be 8 Jan.

    COMPULSORY GALA DINNER:

    • All children under 6 years of age will receive complimentary meals (buffet lunch and/or buffet dinner only) when dining with minimum one adult. Compulsory Gala Dinners are chargeable as per above rate indication for all children from the age of 2 to under 12 years of age, below the age of 2 years a special kids menu will be served free of charge.
    • A 50% discount on all buffet meals and set menus for children between 6 years and under the age of 12 years is granted according to above indicated prices. No discounts whatsoever are granted to children of all age groups for a la carte meals.
    CHILDREN POLICY:
    • Children under the age of 12 years sharing room with parents in existing bedding are granted complimentary accommodation, ABF is charged compulsory at THB 250.- nett per child, per day.
    • Infants will be provided a baby cot free of charge.
    • Children under the age of 12 years in need of an Extra Bed will be charged THB 500,- nett per night, inclusive breakfast.
    • As of the 12th birthday onwards, children are being considered as adults.
    EXTRA BED CHARGES:
    • Extra bed will be charged for adults (12 years up) at THB 1.000,- per day including breakfast and applicable taxes.
    • Children under the age of 12 years will be granted a 50% discount.
    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:
    • Check-in time has been set at 14.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours (noon). For any late check-out up to maximum 18.00 hours, or any early check-in prior to 14.00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily contract rate applies.
    • Check-outs after 18.00 hours, one full night contract rate applies.

    Cancellation and No show Policy :

    Low Season (May to October)

    • Cancellation within 4 days or less prior to arrival 100% charge.
    • Cancellation within 5 days or less prior to arrival 50% of the total payment.
    • Cancellation within 10 days or less prior to arrival  one night charge.

    High Season (November to April)

    • Cancellation within 6 days or less prior to arrival 100% charge.
    • Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival 50% of the total payment.
    • Cancellation within 12 days or less prior to arrival  one night charge.

    Peak Season (16 December to 15 January)

    • Cancellation within 9 days or less prior to arrival 100% charge.
    • Cancellation within 14 days or less prior to arrival 50% of the total payment.
    • Cancellation within 21 days or less prior to arrival  one night charge.
    • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
    • No show: total payment will be charged.
