Cancellation
& No Show Policy:
Low season (1 May - 31 Oct ) 18 days befor arrival 50% of
total room charge and 15 days befor arrival 100% of total
room charge
High season (11 Nov - 20 Dec & 11 Jan - 30 Apr ) 35 days
befor arrival 50% of total room chargeand and 30 days befor
arrival 100% of total room charge
Peak season (25 Dec - 5 Jan ) 52 days befor arrival 100%
of total room charge.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of
total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the
right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive)
All
Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice
(Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days
prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we
reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room
rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total
payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of

right to charge up to 1000 THB).

- Room used from 12:00 noon to 06:00 p.m. of departure will be
charge at 50% of the room rate, Room occupied beyond 06:00 p.m. will
be charge at full room rates.
Early Check-out:
- Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless
notice is given to us at least 12 days prior to arrival. Extension
of stay are subject to space and rate availability.
