Free room stay is given to children (maximum 2 per room, unless otherwise stated) under 12 years old sharing the same room and bedding with their parents. Additional charge of breakfast will be imposed as per meal rates.

Check in time is 2 p.m. overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check in before 2 p.m.
Check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure, Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50%. if check-out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.
Cancellation and No show Policy :
 All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date.  The following charges are applicable without exception :
- Low Season : 1 night charge
- High Season : 2 night charge
- Peak Season : Full amount charge
- During peak Season, any cancellation made 20 days before arrival date, 5 night charge will be applied. Otherwise, the full amount of the total cost of stay will be imposed.
- In case of No show, Shorten Stays / Early check-outs, the full amount of the total cost of stay will be applied.
Payment Policy :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
