Free room stay is given to children (maximum 2 per room, unless otherwise stated) under 12 years old sharing the same room and bedding with their parents. Additional charge of breakfast will be imposed as per meal rates.

Check in time is 2 p.m. overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check in before 2 p.m.
Check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure, Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50%. if check-out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

No show: total payment will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
